Here is the short version. You can try the product for free before you pay. You can cancel any time. And if a paid plan turns out not to be for you, we will make it right. No games, no hoops.
Try before you buy
The free check and the free report exist for one reason. So you can see exactly what you get before you spend a cent. We really do suggest using them first.
How billing works
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. So your card statement will show Creem, not us. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, which keeps your monitoring running without a gap.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. You can do it from Settings, or just email us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the plan stops. We do not bill you again after that.
Refunds
- Monthly plans. Not happy within 7 days of your first payment? Email us and we will refund that first month in full.
- Annual plans. Refundable in full within 14 days of the first payment. After that, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and we can pro-rate the unused months at our discretion.
- Renewals. If an automatic renewal caught you by surprise, tell us within 7 days and we will sort it out.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem. This usually takes a few business days.
When a refund may not apply
We may decline a refund where there is clear abuse. For example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to run large measurement volumes. Even then, we will always talk to you first.
