How fast we actually reply

Same day, most days. Often within a few hours if you write during the week. The email goes to a real person on the team, not a help desk that forwards it three times before anyone reads it. So you can skip the polite "hope this finds you well" and just tell us what you need. If we cannot solve it on the spot, we will tell you what we are doing about it and come back when it is done.

What to put in your message

Want a fast, useful answer? Give us three things. The domain you are checking. What you tried. And what you expected to see versus what you got. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the issue and reply with a real fix instead of asking you four follow-up questions first. A screenshot never hurts either.

We would rather build the right thing for you than make you squeeze into a tier that does not fit.

Security and data requests

Found a security issue? Email us with "Security" in the subject and we will treat it as urgent. For a data export or account deletion, just ask. We confirm it is really you first, then we do it. How fast do you reply?

Email [email protected] with the subject Bug report. Tell us the domain you were checking, what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot. We fix fast and we will message you when it is sorted.

How do I request my data or a deletion?

Email us and ask. We will confirm who you are first, then send you a copy of your data or delete your account and the data tied to it. No dark patterns, no ten-step retention flow trying to talk you out of it.
